We have chosen to make our telephone line available only for administrative questions, for example questions about, returns, incorrect delivery, payment, collection. We know what the customer wants and in most cases that is only one thing: The best price for your items.

We can only do this by working with a small team and focusing on, searching for the best products at the best price, handling orders on time, answering on average 400 emails per day.

Of course we will never let you down if you run into a problem, so we ask you to describe the problem as clearly as possible in your mail.

We have found that in 90% of cases the product is not defective. For example with the aftermarket navigation systems it sometimes happens that these are not connected in the right way. This makes it seem as if the product is defective. That is why we have written instructions from Carpar for our customers with problems. To do this, visit

If the product is really defective, please contact us. This is possible via e-mail or telephone.

Do you want to order a product and are you unsure whether it fits in your vehicle? Mail us a photo and the type of the vehicle. For example, do you want to purchase a car radio? Then send a photo of the dashboard and state which vehicle it is. We will respond to this immediately with a solution.


If you order before 17:00, we usually deliver the next working day in the Netherlands and within 3 working days in other countries in Europe. We also always send an email with track and trace, it is possible that this email ended up in the Spambox, or that you entered an incorrect email when ordering. Contact us via email with your order details. We will help you further immediately.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It sometimes happens that we receive a product back and that no data from the customer is mentioned. In such a case, we try to retrieve the customer data via the barcode number of the courier company. This therefore takes some time. Did you return a product and heard nothing. Then please contact us. Please note that returns are processed within 10 working days and refunded if it is sent complete and undamaged.

Our products distinguish themselves with their quality, lifespan and also the service and aftercare that we deliver as a seller. As a long-term seller of after-market products, we know how to choose the right brands whose products meet the standards that we are used to in Europe. In this way we have very satisfied customers and we are active in several countries in Europe.

From January 1, 2020, we have increased the warranty period from 12 months to 24 months. We only receive a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer. The first year therefore has a factory warranty on the product and the 2nd year the costs for repairing are for us.

We always do our best to satisfy all our customers. But it can happen that we have not met your expectations, if you have a complaint we want to be the first to know so that we can resolve it together. We apologize in advance.
